The interesting thing about the belt length is that they can only be identical lengths if the X Carriages and Y rail are square to the frame. If they are not square, the belts will be different lengths. This confirms Max Plastix’s procedure #2. I struggled with this, but after following this procedure it worked perfectly and I ended up with identical length belts and a square Y rail!
