My kit is from Jan 2020 and it didn’t have it either but it’s a ZL. Not sure if it’s a case of it being optional on the ZL, versus, it being standard on the ZLT due to the size and flex of the larger frame.

For those using the Magnum pulleys, check out Mandala Rose Works page for guidance on washer and shim placement. They give a good starting point.
FYI, some folks talk about flipping the Z yokes on the Discord forum. This would be the time to check that out and determine if it’s for you.
