The final stack I’m going with:
2 - 5mm washers
1 - shim washer
1 - gates idler or big pulley
1 - shim washer
1 - gates idler or big pulley
4 - shim washers
1 - 0.13mm shim (from https://teamyokomo.com/parts/ZC-S50/)
1- 5mm washer
For magnums, instead of this at the bottom:
2 - shim washers
2 - 5mm washers
You can replace one of the 5mm washers with 2 shims.
4 - shim washers
1 - 5mm washers
For me, I measured each 5mm washer at 1.02mm thickness and each shim at 0.38mm, so this gives 0.26mm more room.
I bought this variety pack of shims: https://teamyokomo.com/parts/ZC-S50/
Stack up that worked well for me:
3x m5 washer
2x 0.5mm shim
1x shim
1x toothed idler
1x shim
1x smooth idler
1x shim
If you’re running a Duet3 double check that the fan voltage jumper is set to 24v.

Attaching the endstop to the other side and wrapping the wire around the back worked best for me.
1. Cut the label around the wire so there’s a bit more flexibility
2. Attach the endstop to the other side of the mount
The wire between the fan and the endstop should go:
1. up from the fan
2. towards the back of the printer
3. above the y rail
4. above the bl touch mount
5. and finally to the endstop
If duet3 + raspberry pi then:
The duet 3 goes on top with the Ethernet port facing the front of the printer and ribbon connector facing the bottom.
tThe raspberry pi goes below the duet with the Ethernet facing the front of the printer. The ribbon between them goes under the raspberry pi.
I got 5 m4x10 and 6 m4x15. The m4x15 is for the ssr because the m4x10s are a tad short.
Using a magnum halo I found I could make it fit with 14mm bolts. Will see if it needs to be remounted.
